We are required by law to charge sales tax in certain states. Even though most of our products qualify for tax exemptions if purchased on other platforms (i.e. website), Hilltop Ag Service does not provide a method for completing tax exempt sales. Therefore, all Hilltop Ag Service purchases made online will be charged sales tax regardless of the buyer’s sales tax status. We cannot refund sales tax once the sale is processed by the online site. However you may be able to request a refund directly from your state’s taxing authority.
